I had the opportunity to have McAlister Properties help me with the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo. Sandy managed to get a higher price than I thought was possible in a market that was beginning to flatten. She and Nery were so patient taking me to look at many condos, some 2 or 3 times, until we found the perfect one for me. Their expertise was invaluable throughout the entire process of buying and selling with no drama. They were also available whenever I needed help or had questions! Neither Peter or I have a Google account and using guest didn't allow us to write our review.  So here is our review - 

From day one Nery was attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly.  She listens to what we were looking for and she got to work right away and accommodated us with our schedule.  Communication was frequent and she was there every step of the way!  We had been visiting the Stuart area for more than 3 decades and she helped us find a great place that we didn't even know was there.  She also recommended a contractor as there was significant updating to be done.  The contractor was great too.  She also helped us with a rental first and then we realized we wanted to buy.

We highly recommend Nery - you'll enjoy the experience.
